• Our processes enable us to constantly keep track of the materials' flow, helping minimize audits and recounts. Our warehouse is set up with a natural flow and is clearly divided between receiving, incoming inspection, the kit staging area, storing components and finished goods, and shipping.

Our IT systems are built to offer functionality, flexibility, privacy, security, redundancy and recovery. Our servers are hosted in-house with outside recovery services and offsite backup. We have a multilayer approach to connectivity, have never experienced a data breach or loss of data, and maintain external connectivity and systems access 24 hours a day.

We safeguard our customers' data through a robotic backup library, a redundant firewall and the most current antivirus protection available.

Physical Security

Our facility is secured through an intense controlled environment. We are continuously monitored by a burglary alarm and response company, and are protected by a sprinkler alarm system. We offer secure storage, camera systems that provide continuous monitoring of sensitive areas.
