PLEASANTON, Calif. - Acutrack is pleased to announce the launch of its new and improved web site automating the way Acutrack and it's customers do business. Acutrack is the first CD/DVD Service Bureau to release this B-2-B model in such a large way.

From front to back, Acutrack's ERP-based (enterprise resource management) system manages the process. This system allows customers to download templates & forms and to place an order. Acutrack Account Executives can then coordinate every element of the project with pre-press, production, assembly and fulfillment departments. Pre-press will use this site for artwork approval, customers can check status, track information, check inventory... and the list goes on and on.

This site will maintain order accuracy as Acutrack orders increase and will enhance efficiencies in order processing. Customers can review their order history on line enabling them to forecast future orders.
This web site also serves as an informational site with creative "Tips and Tricks," and a wide variety of electronic templates for all products ranging from CD Mailers to Software Boxes and Manuals. Package Options show a wide variety of packaging choices to choose from. Phase II, due in September 2001 will bring on-line shopping, "package-deal" options, Special Coupons, On-line Quoting and various other features.
