“As a hypnotherapist with my own business, United Hypnotherapy (www.Unitedhypno.com), I had always provided audio cassette tapes to my clients. When my patients told me they would prefer CDs because they didn’t have tape players any more, I needed someone to help me! I needed someone to manufacture CDs, package and ship them, and track the orders, so I looked online. I originally set up my account with a competitor, but it wound up being a lot of work for me. The challenge I had was that as I was getting orders on my website, but I was the human back end. I had to take the orders and then type the data into their online program, and then they shipped it to the customer. With Acutrack, when an order is placed on my site, I don’t have to do anything. Acutrack does all the work.

I heard about Acutrack’s On Demand Production model which was exactly what I needed. It gives customers the ability to produce and ship custom packaged CDs or DVDs one at a time. It took me awhile to get my content titles ready, and then we launched a year ago in 2006. Acutrack’s On Demand model includes a back-end to my own website which I can manage. It’s all tied together. I have hundreds of titles which I produced and they quickly set up to sell, such as "Discover Automatic Weight Loss,” “Chakra Meditations,” Anger Management” or “Take Back Your Power over Sleep, Insomnia and Relaxation.” The custom artwork, designed by Acutrack’s graphics department using my logo, on the labels and covers of my content adds value to each one of my products.

My goal is to be the largest hypnotherapy Web site in the world. This is a huge goal and I could not accomplish it as fast without Acutrack. My competitors are still doing content management in-house while I have eliminated inventory and obsolescence costs of pre-produced inventory. As an example, I offer my customers more than 150 CD titles. If these had to be manufactured, stocked, inventoried and shipped, it would be virtually impossible – because most places would require minimum orders of 1000 for cost efficiencies. That means I would have 150,000 CDs sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

With Acutrack, I am able to focus on my business, marketing and adding new titles. Everything runs so smoothly that I don’t need to talk to them very much. My shopping cart is good for self-help technophobes. I just upload my content online, and then they take over and process the orders. I have not even used all the products that they offer, such as video editing. Even their billing (every 30 days) is easy and reliable. Acutrack sends me funds from my clients without me having to worry.

Acutrack’s On Demand model works for me. Without them, it would be extremely difficult and costly for me to set up the kind of business I have now. The logistics, inventory costs, personnel, facility and equipment costs to duplicate what Acutrack does for us would have made starting a business of this magnitude nearly impossible. The ease of how this all works is truly something I can't stress enough. I can add several product titles each and every day and I never have to worry about how I'm going to stock it, pay for it, or produce it.
