On Demand solution provides an easy and rapid method to publish your content
and fulfill your customer's needs. It's the ideal way to make your content
available without incurring the upfront costs typically associated with
manufacturing and inventory management. We produce and ship your products on an
order by order basis, you only pay for product that you sell!
Preparing your content
The first step is to prepare your content for distribution on CD or DVD. If
your content is already prepared for CD or DVD format then you're done with
this step. If not, you may want to consider Acutrack's Digital Media &
Authoring department, we can turn your content into high quality CDs or DVDs.
Whether you need straight encoding, professionally designed menus or special
DVD features, our team of experts will help you produce professional CDs/DVDs.
Initial Product Setup
For each product you will need your content, artwork, proof of ownership, and
packaging requirements. If you need help, contact Acutrack and they can assist
you in creation of a professional looking product design. Next you upload your
artwork and mail your content to Acutrack. Each product is given a unique SKU
number that is used to identify your product for orders, tracking and billing.
Once Acutrack has received your content, our integration team will store the
content, finish the final product setup and notify you that the product is
ready for production.
Setting up with your eCommerce engine
Acutrack's On Demand solution can accept orders from most of the popular
shopping carts, our integration team works with you to assure that all
communication between your shopping cart and the On Demand production engine
work correctly. When your customer places an order and checks out, the order
details are sent to Acutrack's On Demand system and the product is produced,
shipped and any required tracking information is sent back to you. If you do
not have a shopping cart or require alternative methods of order placement
contact Acutrack.
