The first thing we recommend is that you log on to our backend AdminPanel to see if the order in question is even in our database. If it is there, you will be able to get either a tracking number for that order or if you have not opted for a tracking capability for your orders, there will be a timestamp indicating if and when the order was shipped. If the order is not available on our backend AdminPanel, you can safely assume that we never received the order from your shopping cart. This can happen for many reasons but, the best thing to do in such an instance is to first contact the shopping cart provider to see if they can re-post the missing order to Acutrack; so that, we can process it and ship it out ASAP.
If your shopping cart provider for some reason cannot re-post the missing order to Acutrack; then, we recommend that you login to our backend AdminPanel and place a new order on behalf of your client.
